IO Interactive has launched a unique crossover between Hitman and 007: First Light—and fans who take on the challenge will be rewarded.
Announced during the first-ever IOI Showcase, players who eliminate Le Chiffre in the new Elusive Target mission “The Banker”, or complete the related Monarchique Arcade contract, between June 6 and July 6, will unlock an exclusive Casino Suit in 007: First Light. The only requirement is a linked IOI Account—the reward will appear there at a later stage and can be redeemed once the game launches.
Le Chiffre’s High-Stakes Return
Set in the opulent Casino Monarchique in Paris, the mission brings back Mads Mikkelsen as Le Chiffre—cold, calculating, and desperate to regain his power through a rigged poker tournament. Agent 47 is tasked with infiltrating the event and taking him out before the consequences reach global scale.

In a Q&A during the IOI Showcase, Mikkelsen revealed that his son is a big Hitman fan—so he already knew the franchise well. Unlike his role in Casino Royale, this time he performed entirely in a Spanish sound studio, with no set or costume. Lacking visual reference, he recorded five versions of many lines to offer flexibility to the dev team.

Unlock the Casino Suit in First Light
Successfully completing the mission unlocks a Casino Suit in 007: First Light. While details haven’t been fully disclosed, it’s likely to be a cosmetic skin—a stylish nod to the mission’s setting that players can carry into Bond’s origin story. Visually, the suit bears a clear resemblance to Le Chiffre’s own attire in Hitman, making it an interesting inversion: the young Bond in First Light dressed like one of the franchise’s most iconic villains.
Once earned, the suit will be tied to your IOI Account and available when the game launches in 2026.
The Banker Pack – Optional Extras for Hitman
Alongside the mission, the Banker Pack DLC is available now and includes:
- Permanent access to the Monarchique contract
