007: First Light has been confirmed as a headline title for IGN Fan Fest 2026, positioning IO Interactive’s upcoming James Bond game at the heart of IGN’s annual digital showcase.
What Is IGN Fan Fest?
IGN Fan Fest is IGN’s annual multi-day digital event, now entering its seventh edition. Spanning games, movies, TV, and streaming, the show brings together exclusive reveals, trailers, gameplay segments, and developer interviews, with more than 80 announcements planned across the two-day program.
Alongside 007: First Light, this year’s headliners include LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight and the Mortal Kombat II movie, with dozens of additional projects set to appear across games and entertainment.
When Does IGN Fan Fest 2026 Take Place?
The main livestreams will air across two days:
- Wednesday, February 25, 2026
- Thursday, February 26, 2026
Each day begins at:
- 10:00 AM PT
- 1:00 PM ET
- 6:00 PM GMT / 7:00 PM CET
In the days leading up to the main broadcasts, IGN will also run a lead-in countdown starting Monday, February 23, featuring early reveals and interviews ahead of the full show.

Looking Ahead to New 007 First Light Coverage
As a headline title, 007 First Light is widely expected to take a prominent spot during the show, even though neither IGN nor IO Interactive have yet outlined what that appearance will actually look like. The last substantial gameplay showcase dates back to September 2025, followed by the announcement that the game’s release was moved to May 27, 2026. With both parties still holding back on specifics, IGN Fan Fest now stands as the first real opportunity in early 2026 for a meaningful update on the project.
